35% Kona Blend. This percentage is special and unique to our company. Why? Because most other coffee retailers sell Kona Blends that are only 10%, which is the bare minimum required to legally call it “Kona.” Our 35% Kona Blend is special because, frankly, we use 25% more “Kona” than the average Kona blend available on the market and we use Kona Extra Fancy beans in our blend. From our experience, we do not know of any other coffee retailer that offers a 35% blend made with Kona Extra Fancy beans.

Start every day full of excitement knowing that we only use the highest quality coffee beans in our blends. We never use the cheap stuff because we believe coffee should never taste cheap. When we first opened our doors in 2009, we specially commissioned this higher percentage blend. Our Kona Blend is clean, well-balanced, perhaps spicy and buttery with subtle winey tones and a complex aroma and flavor. Fine aftertaste.

Pro Tip: When choosing your Roast type, a good rule of thumb to keep in mind is that the darker the roast of coffee, the less caffeine it has. In other words, a light roast coffee has more caffeine than a medium roast.
